ARTIST INFORMATION
廣瀬は記憶の回想や集積をテーマとして、細く引き伸ばした直線形や螺旋形のガラスを組み上げて立体作品を制作している。
個々のパーツは小さな力で壊れてしまう存在であるが、それらの集合体は弱さを内包しつつも、新たな強さを得る。
主な展覧会に「廣瀬絵美個展」(Yu Harada／東京、2025)、London Focus Art Fair (YOD Gallery／イギリス、2025)。ALEXANDER TUTSEK-STIFTUNG(ドイツ) 所蔵 などがある。
Emi Hirose creates sculptural works from delicately drawn linear and spiral glass elements, exploring themes of memory, recollection, and accumulation. While each individual component is fragile and can easily break under slight force, their aggregation embodies both vulnerability and resilience, gaining a new sense of strength through collective form.
Major exhibitions include “Emi Hirose Solo Exhibition” (Yu Harada, Tokyo, 2025) and London Focus Art Fair (YOD Gallery, UK, 2025). Her works are held in the collection of the Alexander Tutsek-Stiftung, Germany.
