木を彫り、板を重ね、紙を堆積させる——三者三様の手わざは、素材に刻まれた時間を可視化する試みです。溝渕ゆう子は木に生命の根源的記憶を呼び覚まし、Comic9は積層された面から新たなイメージを立ち上げ、榎本大翔は再生紙によって思想の地層を築きます。異なる素材から生まれる三つの立体表現が、過去と現在、人と物質を結ぶ「層の記憶」を浮かび上がらせます。
ギャラリーコンセプト
BrainBrunnGALLERYは2020年、東京・八王子に開廊した現代美術ギャラリーです。
「時は移ろい、芸術も変化する。だが芸術の根幹は不変である」を理念に掲げ、経歴や年齢を問わず美術の本質を探求し続ける作家のプライマリー作品を紹介しています。「Brunn（ブルン）」とは、理性ではなく人が生来持つ原始的な感性——心の脳が震える音。その一瞬の震えを届けるべく、東京・八王子の地から芸術的価値を創造・発信し続けます。

About exhibited works
Through carving, layering, and accumulation, three artists uncover the memories embedded within materials. Yuko MIZOBUCHI, Comic9, and Daisuke ENOMOTO transform wood, plywood, acrylic, and recycled paper into sculptural forms that reveal traces of time, life, and human thought. Together, their works explore the enduring relationship between material, memory, and transformation.

BrainBrunnGALLERY is a contemporary art gallery founded in 2020 in Hachioji, Tokyo. Guided by the principle that "time flows and art transforms, yet the essence of art remains unchanged," we present primary works by artists who pursue the very essence of art, regardless of background or age. "Brunn" is the sound of trembling — not of reason, but of the primal sensibility innate to us all: the mind's brain. To deliver that instant of resonance, we continue to create and share artistic value from Hachioji, Tokyo.
