出品作品について
3ta2 galleryは、一度鋳造したガラスを再加熱、急冷しヒビを入れ砕き、その形状を継ぎ直し再構築するという技法の米津真理奈、日本の蒔絵や七宝細工のような伝統的な技術を参考に、オリジナルでキャンドル作りに生かしている三浦千歩、自然現象や異界に対する憧れ、畏怖や敬意を緻密な銅版画や張子の立体作品で表現している大場咲子、素材と向き合う3名の作品を紹介する。
ギャラリーコンセプト
3ta2 galleryは2006年愛媛県松山市に開廊。
ジャンルを問わずオリジナリティの高い作品の展示を試みています。
また展覧会のみならず、国内外のアートフェアにも参加。
作家の表現の場を広げ、作品の魅力を伝える活動に積極的に取り組んでいます。
瑞々しい芸術に触れる喜びは、何ものにも代えがたいと考えます。

About exhibited works
SANTANI GALLERY aim to exhibit the beauty of both traditional and contemporary artworks as KOGEI with our three inspired artists with glassworks, candles, papier mache and copperplates. Marina Yonetsu, she works with glassworks by using her own unique technique which breaks and rejoins glasses. She applies to form cracks on the glass by heating and cooling process which break the glass into pieces, then she rejoins those pieces to create one of a kind beautiful but yet sublime glassworks. Chiho Miura, she creates candles with using motif from Japanese traditional patterns and concepts of the beauties of nature which she gets inspired by gold lacquer and Cloisonné. Sakiko Ooba, she expresses her deep reverence to the nature by creating papier mache and engraving with delicate but strong touch on her copperplates.
We hope to express mystical and peaceful ambiance through their one of a kind KOGEI artworks.
Gallery concept
Located in Ehime Japan and surrounded by the beautiful Seto Inland Sea and the Ishizuchi mountain range, SANTANI GALLERY was opened in 2006. We exhibit highly original art works including contemporary art in a variety of media forms. We also participate in art fairs and exhibitions all over Japan. We aims to offers space in which artists from a wide variety of fields can flourish. SANTANI GALLERY also strive to provide opportunities for young artists to express their creative and innovative works.
