コンセプト
私はカップ＆ソーサーを女性の指先の延長にある装身具であると考える。
かつて王侯貴族に捧げられた陶磁器は、現代では再現できないほど精巧な技術で贅沢に作られており、もはやその時代に陶磁器が完成したと言っても過言では無い。
現代に見合う付加価値を与えていく為には、従来のc＆sの概念を壊していく必要があるだろう。職人たちによる技術は素晴らしいが、それらは産業としての一面も持ち合わせている事からも、私は作家として器の可能性を追求していきたい。
私は用途のある器でもって、工芸と美術を繋げる術を模索している。プロフィール
Concept
I consider cup & saucer as a jewelry that exists in extension of women’s fingers.
The ceramics make an offering to the royal aristocrats are so exquisite skill that they cannot be reproduced today. And beautiful works were made with luxury. It is no exaggeration to say that ceramics were completed at that time. But it will be necessary to break it , if conscious of modernity using a concept of conventional.
My aim is a sculpture cup & saucer. I want to create a work that combines both vessel and art.Profile
