コンセプト
備前で用いられる田土を採る際に捨てられる田土の上層にあるクズ土を8種類ほど寄せ集めた土で、玉石混淆という意味から名付けた。
こしがなく、ざらざらとした土が多く、粘りある田土はその繋ぎとして用いられる。焼成すると大理石に似たマーブル状の模様を見せる
この作品は、資源の枯渇という産地が直面する現実への応答でもあります。プロフィール

There are 8 kinds of jumbled soil which is scrap soil in the upper layer of the rice field that is thrown away when collecting the rice field used in Bizen. And so, it was named after the meaning of indiscriminate mixture. They are not stiff and have a lot of rough soil, and sticky rice fields are used as a link. When it is make a ceramics fired, it shows like a marble pattern.
This works is also a response to the reality of resource depletion facing the production area.Profile
