ギャラリーコンセプト
「器は料理の着物」とは北大路魯山人先生の言葉ですが、それは料理だけでなく、日々のお茶の時間でも同じです。今回の展示では『喫茶去』と題し、お茶とお菓子を愉しむ器をご紹介致します。緑茶に珈琲に、抹茶に中国茶…、そしてお茶どころ金沢の美味しいお菓子と。「工芸」の見るだけではない、使う愉しさを身近に感じて戴ければ幸いです。
Gallery concept
Rosanjin said ‘Utensils are Kimono for dishes’, it is also applied in daily tea time. In this exhibition, called ‘Kissaco’, we would like to introduce utensils which enhance tea time with green tea, coffee, Matcha, Chinese tea and confections from Kanazawa, which is well known for traditional tea area. It would be greatly appreciated, when you feel enjoyment of using utensils not only just watching.
