Gallery concept

The Korea Association of Art and Design was founded in 1997. At first it was an association consisting of 200 leading professors in the field of craft. Then in 2009, the field of craft merged together with design. The association focuses on academic research and publishing theses on craft and design. It is the oldest existing group for university professors, academics and specialists leading the field of Korean contemporary craft and design. There are over 400 members today.
For the Kogei Art Fair Kanazawa, makers/professors of leading Korean Universities will present their works.
