At a time when kogei works are inspiring increased activity throughout Japan, we are exploring the role of these traditional works in a new age. Our objective is to communicate to the world that artwork in the kogei category, currently only recognized in Japan, represents some of the world’s greatest traditional craftsmanship and traditional works of art.
