ギャラリーコンセプト
MtK Contemporary Artは2021年3月に、京都の重要文化的景観に指定されている岡崎にて日本庭園を有するギャラリーとして開廊。西日本に所縁のあるコンテンポラリーアーティストのプログラムを中心に、企画展覧会を年間に8回ほど開催しています。

About exhibited works
We will present works by Yuichiro Tamura, Shu Ogasawara, and Kione, among others, that offer aesthetic and decorative qualities capable of enriching everyday living spaces while simultaneously embodying a conceptual perspective rooted in contemporary art.
Gallery concept
MtK Contemporary Art opened in March 2021 in the Okazaki district of Kyoto, an area designated as an Important Cultural Landscape of Japan. Featuring a traditional Japanese garden, the gallery focuses primarily on contemporary artists with ties to western Japan and presents approximately eight curated exhibitions each year.
