私は絵画を制作するなかで、染め物と内的要素との関係を大切にしている。
実際に染料や絹は華奢な素材ではあるが、故に現象の一つ一つを通してその内側を明確に感じ取ることができる。
絵画を通して、見る人が自分の解釈によって有意義な繋がりをもたらす視覚的、あるいは感覚的な体験を引き出すことができればと思う。
When I paint, I value the relationship between the dye and the internal elements.
In fact, dyes and silk are delicate materials.
But that is why we can clearly sense its interior through each phenomenon.
Through my paintings, I hope to elicit a visual or sensory experience that will bring about a meaningful connection for the viewer according to his or her own interpretation.
