本展覧会では6人の作家を紹介する。
動植物をモチーフに生命力溢れる立体を白磁で制作する徳丸鏡子、
不可思議で艶めかしい立体をガラスでつくる広垣彩子、
様々な現象や風景から幾何学的な模様を発想し漆芸で表現する木下幸、
植物をモチーフにした装飾性の高い蓋物や銅瓶を鍛金で制作する池田晴美、
おかしみや悲哀、可愛らしさをもつ動物達を木彫や絵画でおおらかに表現する坂田源平、
膠彩で人物と猫を描く台湾の画家チン・ぺイイ。
ギャラリーコンセプト
秋華洞は2003年に銀座にオープンし、古美術から近代そして現代の日本美術を取り扱い、美術品に宿る色褪せることのない本質的な価値を見出し、新たな時代へと引き継いできました。そして、2022年に原宿・神宮前に戦後の美術からコンテンポラリーアートまでを取り扱うGALLERY SCENA(ギャラリー セナ)をオープンし、国内外の優れたアーティストを紹介しています。

About exhibited works
In this exhibition we would like to introduces six artists.
Kyoko Tokumaru creates life-like three-dimensional works in white porcelain with motifs of plants and animals,
Ayako Hirogaki creates mysterious and humorous three-dimensional works in glass,
Miyuki Kinoshita, who creates geometric patterns from various phenomena and landscapes and expresses them in lacquerware,
Harumi Ikeda creates highly decorative plant motifs in the form of lids and copper bottles using forged metal,
Genpei Sakata expresses funny, sad, and cute animals in wood carvings and paintings,
Chen Pei Yi, a Taiwanese artist who paints figures and cats in Eastern Gouache
Gallery concept
Since its opening in Ginza in 2003, GalleryShukado has handled antique, modern, and contemporary Japanese art, discovering the essential value of art that never fades and passing it on to a new era.
In 2022, we opened "GALLERY SCENA." in Jingumae, Harajuku, which handles everything from postwar art to contemporary art and introduces outstanding artists from Japan and abroad.
