1992年多摩美術大学大学院修士課程絵画科油画専攻陶芸修了
2012年「第23回タカシマヤ文化基金タカシマヤ美術賞」受賞
白磁焼き締めによる装飾過多の立体を制作。装飾・かざりの根本にある呪術性に惹かれ、図像的・民俗学的な意味、込められている願いやまじないの力を感じながら、現代における祭器や依り代を作る。

Produces three-dimensional works with excessive decoration using white porcelain fired and clad. Attracted by the magical nature of decorations and ornaments, he creates ritual vessels and veneration objects in the modern age with a sense of their iconographic and folkloric meanings, and the power of wishes and spells implied in them.
