ARTIST INFORMATION
1985年新潟県生まれ。2008年長岡造形大学工芸デザインコース彫金研究室卒業。細い金属の針金を使ったワイヤーワークでの作品制作を主とする造形作家。 金属ワイヤーの魅力にのめり込み,技術の研究,積み重ねからその先にある創造性を 模索するための作品制作を続けている。 金属の針金を手で曲げ続ける行為を作品として表現する。
Born in Niigata in 1985.
She graduated from “Nagaoka Institute of Design” in 2008. (Design with a degree in metal carving in the Crafts Design Course)
She is a sculptor who mainly creates wire works using fine metal wires.
Fascinated by the charm of metal wire, she continues to produce works to explore the creativity that lies beyond the research and accumulation of techniques.
She expresses the act of continuously bending metal wires by hand as her works.
