2006年から生き物などをモデルにして乾漆彫刻の制作を続ける
日本には古くから八百万の神という考え方がありますが、
動物や植物など、生き物の姿から感じられる神秘性に惹かれます。
どんな存在も等しく命であって、美しく多様であるという価値観を軸に、
個性的で神的な生き物の美しいかたちを、作品にしていきたいと考えます。

In Japan, there has long been an idea of 8 million gods.
I am attracted to the mystique that I can feel from animals, plants, and other living things.
revolving around the values that all beings are equally life, beautiful and diverse,
I want to create beautiful shapes of unique and divine creatures.
