出品作品について
井本真紀はガラスを光と影、固体と液体、物質と出来事のあいだをもつものと捉え、粉ガラスによる立体作品を制作。LOEWE Craft Prize 2023ファイナリスト。
石川あすかはキルンキャストの動植物にパートドヴェールの模様を施し、優しく穏やかな雰囲気を作り出す。
川村今日子は窯変結晶の陶磁器を制作。大きく開く結晶模様が魅力。
ギャラリーコンセプト
2001年9月に東京・吉祥寺に開廊。数名のアーティストの個展やグループ展を企画、開催しています。時流に左右されないオリジナル性と、鋭い感性や品格を持った様々なジャンルのアーティストを紹介しています。「惺」とは「心を澄まし物事を悟る」という意味。心静かに作品が鑑賞出来る場づくりを心掛けています。ご紹介する作品が心の豊かさ・人生の喜びのひとつとなることを願っております。

About exhibited works
Maki Imoto views glass as having between that light and shadow, solid and liquid, material and occurrence, and creates sculptural works using powdered glass. A finalist of the LOEWE FOUNDATION Craft Prize 2023.
Asuka Ishikawa decorates the surface of the kiln-cast animals and plants with pate de verre, creates glass works with agentle and calm atmosphere.
Imahiko Kawamura creates ceramics with crystalline glaze. Her works are fascinating large open crystal pattern.
Gallery concept
GallerySATORU opened in September 2001 in Kichijoji, Tokyo. Our gallery organizes and hosts solo and group exhibitions for several artists. We introduce various genres artists who possess originality, sharp sensibilities, and refinement, unaffected by trends. The chinese character "惺" means "to clear one's mind and realize things." We strive to keep a gallery space where you can appreciate the works in peace and quiet.We hope the works we introduce will become a source of richness and joy in your life.
